Day 89: Back to class

Day 89.  No drilling into my head this morning.  But there was some futzing and poking and examining that caused some all around general discomfort.  I did get an, “I’m so proud of you,” from the oral surgeon.  Didn’t see that coming.  Apparently, I took good care of my stitches and surgery wounds.  He told me that often his patients come in for their follow up and everything is inflamed and wonky.  So that’s good news.  But, the aforementioned discomfort caused me to cancel a play date with one of my favorite people on the planet and her daughter at Joie de vivre and beautiful bride’s house.  Sad face.  I came home instead and medicated with some soft leftovers:  brownies and refried beans.  I decided if I wasn’t going to get to have any fun today I might as well get some work done.  I fired up the Avid and went to EMT class—scene 15.  If I can finish it by the end of the weekend then I’ll have reached my weekly goal for the crusade:  three scenes.

Until tomorrow, create from what you have…and don’t forget to floss.
