Day 211: Dream Advocates Rock!

Day 211.   Jennifer Ritchkoff is an incredibly talented actress and owner of the amazing Muse on 8th café and I’m lucky she’s also my friend.  I first met Jen back in 2002, I think?  Somewhere around then, when I joined a women’s group founded by Screenwriter Cindy called The Powder Network.  She has been an inspiration to me ever since as she has continued to create her dreams and never give up.  She has not only prominently placed a Dream Postcard box on her café’s counter but she has also had the awesome idea to have a Declare Your Dream Discussion and Workshop at the café!  Details will be forthcoming on how you can be a part of it.

In the meantime, get into Muse on 8th for your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack while writing!  The food is delicious (the veggie chili rocks) and the atmosphere is full of art and love—which is perfect for unleashing your creativity!  Please support the independents of the world.  Here’s the website:  http://museon8th.com/

If you live in LA, get into Muse on 8th!

Bree Pavey is an incredibly talented actress, writer and director friend of mine.  I first met her in March of 2009 when I did the play The Columbine Project.  She has been motivating and inspiring me with her creativity, talent and kindness ever since.  And today, she became an official Dream Advocate for the Declare Your Dream Experimental Motivation Project!  She’s putting Dream Postcard boxes out at two different theaters in Los Angeles that she works with.  So amazing!

Actress Bree Pavey

Bree is currently directing the play Butterflies at the Loft Ensemble Theatre downtown LA.  It opens August 18, 2012 and plays on Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 7pm.  I can’t wait to see it!  You can learn more about Bree and her amazing talent on her IMDB page http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2143951/, and her website, http://breepavey.com.

And, I know that Beautiful Bride has been sprinkling the Dream cards all over the east coast.  You rock, Beautiful Bride!

I’m mailing a refill package to Eye Doc Sis tomorrow because the Dream Postcard holder in her office is almost empty.  So awesome.  Thanks, Sis!

And finally, Joie de vivre and I are heading out on a day trip of dropping Dream Cards off all around Los Angeles tomorrow.  So, the Dream Postcards are being circulated!  Thank you to all the Dream Advocates.  I can’t wait to see what my dream catcher PO Box has in store for me this coming Friday and what new dreams have been declared.  I hope new dreams arrive!  Please Declare Your Dreams and mail them in to be a part of the experiment!  Here’s how:  How to Declare Your Dream
