Day 265: Dreamy Friday

Day 265.  I had to go to the PO Box yesterday—a day earlier than scheduled— because I’m about to get on the road to go pick up Eye-Doc Sis from the San Diego airport this morning.  She’s there for the weekend doing her CE—continued education—for her eye doctor-ness.  I met her there two years ago and we had such a great time.  I’m not going to lie.  I can’t wait!  It’s been an intense month and I’m ready to semi-check out for a little break.  No, I won’t completely disconnect because I can’t.  There’s too much to do.  Besides that “daily” report I have to do every day, I’ve got a ton of reading and writing to do as well.  I’ll have no excuse not to do my reading because Eye-Doc Sis will be in class for five hours a day.  Fingers crossed.  Hopefully, it should be a nice balance.  I’ll have an edit/doc free weekend, which will be nice, too.  And hopefully, I’ll come back next week ready to kick some serious editing ass.
