For all the stress and hell that Best Friend Bride went through to plan her dream wedding, in the moment that mattered, it was worth it. The ceremony was incredibly beautiful and touching and special! Vows were exchanged, tears were shed, pictures were taken. It was an honor and a privilege to be a part of it. And, oh my god, we partied like it was 1999 at the reception! Seriously. I haven’t danced like an idiot with such wild, drunken abandon for at least a decade. It was awesome. Conga lines were formed, the limbo was done, maracas were rattled. The only downer was that at one point earlier in the day a hotel staff person setting up a dinner reservation for us asked me if my daughter was getting married. Shit. How old do I look these days? Time for some Botox when I get back!
Until tomorrow, create from what you have….planning something worth it.
Yes to BOTOX! 🙂
Oh, YES! 🙂
