What do you dream of doing?

Set a goal and start!

Before you begin, it’s good to know where you are going.  Are you running a marathon, riding a bicycle from San Francisco to Los Angeles for charity, improving your health, lowering your blood sugar, bringing your cholesterol down, getting in shape, getting your child off to college, raising money, writing a novel, making a movie, earning an MFA, being a successful ghost writer of books, starting a non-profit, volunteering for a worthy cause, leaving your shit job, traveling the world, making a fresh start?  Whatever dream is in your heart, don’t be afraid to dig it out!

Creating any dream begins with setting smaller, achievable goals. A “goal” is a noun defined as, “the result or achievement toward which effort is directed; aim; end.” Yes, creating anything, no matter how big or small, takes effort. Effort takes energy.  It’s time to nurture your inner and outer strength and build your energy.  In other words, it’s time to get off the couch!  It’s time to get out of your comfort zone.  It’s time to take one small step toward creating your dream today.
