Stressed out?

Time to chill out.

 

What helps you stop the endless loop of overthinking and stressing about a problem, a situation, something you said or did, what you need to get done?  Shutting off your computer, hiding your cell phone, going to the beach, working out, reading, spending time in nature?   Whatever gives you that peaceful feeling, do it.

Stop.

Let go.

Shut everything down.

Take a day off to relax.

Create some peace.
