What are you holding on to?

Instead of holding on to the way it was supposed to go or the way it was supposed to be, instead of holding on to something or someone that’s gone, or weighing you down or holding you back or keeping you stuck, release your grip on it so you can shift your energy and focus your vision on creating the life you want.  What are you holding on to—the past, ideas, people, negative self-image, anger, resentment, fear, belief systems, successes, failures, rights, wrongs, good, bad?   Let it all go.  Move on.  Forgive yourself.  Forgive mistakes.  Forgive the guilty.  Forget the past. Take the lessons but leave the rest.  Start fresh.  Create from where you are with what you have right now.

Let go.

Move on.

Start fresh.

Create anew.

From what you have.


What are you going to create?
