Morning Motivation

 

No matter what you want to create—health, peace, a rested body, happiness, a business, art, love, a connection—you have to start.  The sun rises and sets every day.  The earth is in constant motion.  The Universe never stops expanding.  It never stops creating.  We can’t either.  Even if you don’t know where to start just start somewhere, anywhere, small, big, in between—doesn’t matter—as long as you start creating from wherever you are with whatever you have right now.  Take the first step.  That’s creating something—a start.

Just start.

Never stop.
