What are you building?

Morning Motivation

Instead of getting slowed down or stopped by feeling overwhelmed with how much there is to do to build what you want to build, keep your eye on the prize.  Stay focused on what you are building.  Stay focused on why you are building it.  Stay the course.  There’s power in consistent, focused, long-term action toward a specific goal—what you are building.  Whether you’re building health, a business, a community, a school, or an education, work back from the big picture to figure out the steps you need to take.  Where do you start?  Create a course of action—a blueprint, a map, a plan—by figuring out the materials you’ll need for the foundation, for the walls, for the windows, for the doors, for the support beams, for the roof of the creation you are building.  Then begin to build the first block—one little piece, one small creation, at a time.

It’s a lot of hard work to create anything so it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture and the why—don’t!  Always keep your vision right in front of you while you are mired in the minutia and the mundane actions that feel a million miles away from the end result. If you stumble, lose your way or find yourself off course, right the ship by remembering what you are building and why.

Be a visionary.

Build your dreams.

One small creation at a time.

What are you going to create?

Build your vision, one creation at a time.
