How do you free your mind?


How do you free your mind—meditation, exercise, a hot bath, being in nature, hiking, spending time with friends, reading a book?  Take the time to do it.  If you’re feeling stuck in reality, trapped by your circumstances, held prisoner by your beliefs choose to free your mind—if only for a brief moment—and allow yourself to dream.  Give yourself permission to envision what you have to create from forming, morphing and growing into creative combinations that will expand you, your family, your financial security and your life!
