Sometimes it’s easy for your focus to get so narrow you’re only expanding in one area, in one direction.  What if you take a moment to consider all aspects of your life?  If your career is growing in the direction you want but your health is suffering because of it, it’s time to shift and find balance.  If your spiritual health is expanding and growing in the right direction but you have no money to pay the rent, it’s time to find balance.  Every part of your life—your health, your career, your family, your spirit—needs to be expanding in all directions.  Slow down and take stock of what area needs some attention in order to grow and give it.
