In The Trenches—The Founder’s Daily Report: Day 288: Officially Slowing Down

Day 288:  It has taken the last four days but my motor is finally idling instead of revved up.  I definitely need to rev up excitement and energy to get my creative editing done but it’s different than pulling off very public appearances and events.  It’s a more focused, calm, quieter energy that I need to draw from to do my writing and editing work.  And after a month of going non-stop 100 miles an hour, I’m happy to officially slow down and quiet my mind and get into a different kind of creative state. I’m ready for that almost meditative zone that comes from focusing on one project and one project only.  I’m ready for some flow.  I can feel that I’m almost there.  I’m preparing to get there very soon.
