Creating 2015—Day 15:   Bar Rescue

I’m sitting in the MCR—short for master control room—for the latest Bar Rescue episode which happens to be in San Francisco this week, one of my favorite cities.  I can’t wait to get to North Beach, China Town and see if the jazz club Pearl’s is still around!

If you don’t know what Bar Rescue is, it’s a reality show on SPIKE TV that follows bar expert Jon Taffer as he makes over failing bars.  Why do I know about this show?  Well, Uh-mazing Romantic Partner has been an executive producer on this show for the last three years.  It’s a good, fun show!  And I’m not just saying that because I’m sleeping with the show runner.

If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend you catch these episodes:  “A Horse Walks Into A Bar,” “Dirty Doctor,” and “Yo Ho Ho and a Bottle of Dumb.”  Trust me, they are worth a watch.
