Creating 2015—Day 124: Sleepy Monday

Not going to lie.  Today was a total wash!  I am normally energized on Mondays.  I love them.  But instead, I had a serious case of narcolepsy.  I took a bike ride late morning in an attempt to wake up but I promptly took a long nap afterwards so it obviously didn’t work well.  It crossed my mind I might be coming down with something because I was so deliriously tired all day in spite of having slept almost eight hours last night.  We shall see what tomorrow brings.  I hope it is energy as opposed to sickness.  Fingers crossed.  Back to sleep for me.
